How We Make Avantikka Farm’s A2 Gir Cow Ghee
Our ghee is crafted using the traditional Vedic Bilona method, ensuring purity and authenticity at every step:
✔ Boiling – The A2 Gir cow milk is slowly boiled in earthen pots on a traditional Chulha, enhancing its flavor and aroma.
✔ Fermentation – The milk is cooled, and a spoonful of curd is added for overnight fermentation.
✔ Hand-Churning – The curd is churned clockwise and anti-clockwise for 1.5 hours to produce pure makkhan (butter).
✔ Slow Heating – The butter is then heated on a low flame until the buttermilk evaporates, leaving behind our golden, aromatic, and nutrient-rich A2 Gir Cow Ghee.
